Protecting our Team & Customers

0800 840 4040

Following the Government’s recent announcement and the imposed restrictions that have been put in place regarding unnecessary contact or travel, we want to assure you that whilst we continue to support essential workers & businesses both our customers and our staff’s safety is of paramount importance to us.

Following yesterdays announcement where some workers have been encouraged to return to work where possible whilst eliminating the use of public transport by commuting by car, we think now more than ever our services need to resume to as close to normal as possible.

Key workers are not only medical staff on the front line but also people working in industries such as food, waste, power, transport etc and many of which rely on their vehicles to commute to their place of work.

Therefore as of today we are now open and offering both mobile and repair centre appointments with a reduced team in operation.

Before confirming your appointment, we will be asking the following two questions:

 ·       Is there anyone currently in your property with a confirmed case of coronavirus or displaying symptoms?

 ·       Are you or anyone else in the property in self-isolation?

If the answer is anything other than a firm “No” to each of the questions your booking will not be made.

In the case of a Mobile Repair…

On arrival to your address, our member of staff will call and advise you that they have arrived to carry out the wheel refurbishment. You will then be asked the above two questions again. If either question is replied to “yes” then we will advise you that we will not be able to carry out the install/repair and you should contact the office. As long as the response is “No” to each question we can continue with the job of work following these guidelines

·        We can keep a minimum of 2 metres away from other people

·        You will be asked to put the keys and any documents required in the vehicle when we call to advise we are arriving so that you don’t need to be in close contact

·        We will wear disposable gloves whilst carrying out the work

·        We will dispose of the gloves after the job has finished in your bin (outside your home)

With regards to repair centre appointments, you will be talked through the appropriate safety guidelines before your arrival to confirm you understand how we will carry out the procedure in the safest way possible for both you and our team. As above, it is of paramount importance that you answer honestly to the above two questions regarding COVID19. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact the team on 0800 840 4040
