Calliper Painting
- Car is dropped at Prestige Wheels Stockport or wheels can be collected from a chosen location
- The wheels are removed from the vehicle and marked with a unique reference number
- The tyres are then removed from the wheel and labeled with the same unique reference number
- The wheels are checked for any structural damage such as cracks or dents. There will be an additional charge for rectifying.
- The wheel is stripped of all existing paint / lacquer and returned to bare metal
- All none structural damage is rectified
- The wheels are placed in a three staged powder coating process
- Once the wheel is completely dry the tyre is re-fitted to the alloy, inflated and balanced
- Wheels go through a full quality inspected before being signed off
- Wheels re fitted to the vehicle
- 12 months warranty on all work carried out (excluding re-damage)
- We offer mobile or main centre service
- The wheels are removed from the vehicle
- Area around the hub is masked off
- The hubs go through a two staged paint process
- Once the hub is completely dry the wheels are re fitted
- Finally customers approval of work carried out
- 12 months warranty on all work carried out (excluding re-damage)

- Once the caliper is completely dry the wheels are re fitted
